When you create an account, we collect your email address and username. We also collect usage data such as which reels you watch, like, and save to improve your experience.
We use your information to provide and improve MoonReelz, personalise your feed, process subscriptions, and communicate with you about your account.
Your data is securely stored by MoonReelz Pty Ltd using Supabase (hosted on AWS). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Payments are processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe (for web). We do not store your payment details directly.
MoonMind is powered by Anthropic's AI technology. When you use MoonMind, your messages are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. Your MoonMind inputs may be used by MoonReelz to improve the MoonMind service. Conversations may be logged for quality assurance and service improvement but are not shared externally. MoonMind does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or in-app notification.
