Business formations, trademarks, wills, estate plans, all through an online questionnaire that generates the paperwork and files it. By 2024, over 6 million businesses and individuals served. Revenue reached nearly 700 million. The company went public in 2021 at over 7 billion. Then the stock fell 70% as growth slowed. The strategic pivot was shifting from one-time transactions to subscriptions.
