What is MoonReelz Kids?

A learn-by-watching app for kids 5–13. Children watch short claymation reels about real careers, answer a quick quiz, and earn bonus screen time plus "Moons" to build their own 3D world.

How do the free trial and subscriptions work?

Every plan (Solo or Family) starts with a 30-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically at the plan price unless you cancel. One free trial is available per Apple Account/device across all plans.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone or iPad: open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → MoonReelz Kids, then change or cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current period.

How do I restore my child's account on a new device?

In the app, open the Parents tab and save your email under Account & Recovery. On the new device, on the first screen tap "Already have a username? Restore your World", enter the username, and we'll email a one-tap restore link.

How do I set screen-time limits and rewards?

Open the Parents tab (PIN-protected). There you can set the daily limit, the extra time earned per correct answer, turn the reward on/off, and see exactly what your child watched today.

Is it safe? Is there chat or ads?

Yes, it's safe — there is no chat or messaging anywhere in the app, and no advertising. Children can optionally make their world visible to friends they add by username; this is off by default, read-only, and can be turned off at any time.

How do I delete my child's data?

Email us at brendan@moonreelz.com and we'll delete the account and associated data promptly.

I was charged but something's wrong.

Email us with your Apple receipt or the email on your account and we'll sort it out. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
